COMAN+ presented at ICRA for first time

Monday, 20. May 2019

Staff from the Italien Institute of Technology (IIT), TU Braunschweig and Edinburgh University present the new humanoid COMAN+ that has been developed within the H2020 European project CogIMon to the public and the scientific community for the first time at ICRA, Montreal. It picks up boxes in full-body compliance mode and steps around the carpet. Running the same real-time robot control system, we also show throwing and catching in VR for physiotherapeutic application, which the visitor can experience herself.
In addition, a total seven scientific papers from the CogIMon consortium partners papers are presented.
